OUR TERMS OF SALES
**ARTICLE 1: TERMS AND ACCEPTANCE**
The customer acknowledges having read the terms of sales at the time of booking. The reservation is effective after acceptance of the request by COMFORT DRIVER (By Email, SMS).
**ARTICLE 2: RESERVATIONS**
The fact of booking implies full acceptance by the customer of these T&Cs.
All reservations must be made via the site, email, phone call, or SMS. Each reservation must include: – The name of the customer – The email address – Telephone number – The address of departure and arrival – The date and time of the service – The number of passengers (adults/children) and the number of pieces of luggage. – The imposed itinerary (if indicated by the customer) – A confirmation e-mail or SMS will be sent to you to validate your reservation.
**ARTICLE 3: BENEFITS**
The service is carried out on the day and at the time specified when booking, COMFORT DRIVER undertakes to be punctual. In the event of force majeure, COMFORT DRIVER undertakes to make every effort to continue the continuity of service. In case of customer delay, the first 15 minutes are included, then €15 per 30-minute period. No reimbursement or compensation for no-show.
**ARTICLE 4: PRICES**
COMFORT DRIVER sets the price of the service based on the information provided by the Customer. Prices include VAT, driver service, fuel, insurance, and tolls. Parking fees are not included.
**ARTICLE 5: PROVISION**
Corresponds to the provision of a vehicle with a driver for a specified number of hours. Maximum kilometers are indicated for each reserved duration.
**ARTICLE 6: CONCLUSION AND PAYMENT OF THE CONTRACT**
The contract is concluded after a 30% deposit. Payment of the fare and additional services must be made upon receipt of the invoice. Delay in payment incurs penalties. Non-payment results in immediate payment of all sums due.
**ARTICLE 7: CANCELLATION OF THE CONTRACT**
Cancellation must be sent by registered letter. Cancellation fees apply based on notice period. Modifications allowed up to 2 hours before service without charge.
*ARTICLE 8: MODIFICATION DURING THE SERVICE**
Any modification may lead to a price adjustment. COMFORT DRIVER reserves the right to refuse modifications.
**ARTICLE 9: PAYMENT**
Accepted payments: Credit card, Bank transfer, Cash. No payment by check, except for local companies on account invoiced at the end of the month.
**ARTICLE 10: PERSONS WITH REDUCED MOBILITY**
COMFORT DRIVER provides its best efforts to take care of people with reduced mobility.
**ARTICLE 11: IT AND FREEDOMS**
The parties declare to respect the obligations imposed by regulations on personal data.
**ARTICLE 12: SUBCONTRACTING**
COMFORT DRIVER reserves the right to use subcontractors with equivalent services.
**ARTICLE 13: QUALITY OF SERVICE**
Services are carried out in compliance with reservations and all regulations.
**ARTICLE 14: LIABILITY OF THE CUSTOMER AND PERSONS TRANSPORTED**
The customer and passengers must comply with rules, and any damage is the responsibility of the customer. COMFORT DRIVER declines responsibility for client actions before and after transport, and reserves the right to refuse support for non-compliance.
